This is a list of (mostly Perth based) companies that I have had dealings with over the years and that have provided better than expected service. This generally requires that I have used them on a number of occasions, that they have provided good quality products and more importantly good quality customer service. Note that these places are not necessarily the cheapest places, price is a consideration but only in conjunction with the quality of the products provided.

We've bought all our office furniture from Australian Office Furniture in Booragoon ever since we found them many years ago. They have always provided consistently high levels of customer service and advice.

We have made several batches of printed T-shirts and we always use Red Hot Designs to print them. We only ever had one problem with them (they forgot to turn the drying oven on!), and they quickly replaced the T-Shirts with new ones from Aussie Gold and reprinted them. Now that is service!

My brother bought a pool cholorinator from these folks. It turned out the product was a bit dodgy, but Aqua Pool Services made the company replace it when it failed to generate any cholorine, and when he made a comment that the LCD display was very poor and the company recommended "place a piece of carboard over it to shield it from the sun", Aqua Pool Services organised replacing the LCD. As well as that, they are always cheerful and helpful.
